How to Accelerate PS Games with Host Acceleration

1. Connection method between PS and PC

（ 1） Wired connection

1. Preparation conditions: Use Ethernet cables to connect the PS host and PC separately to Same router;
2. Software requirement: The PC side needs to install and log in to the Thunder God Accelerator in advance.

（ 2） Wireless connection

1. Preparation condition: Ensure that the PS host is in contact with the PC Same LAN WiFi environment(It is recommended that the PC be directly connected to the router through an Ethernet cable to improve network stability);
2. Software requirement: The PC side needs to install and log in to the Thunder God Accelerator in advance.

Core precautions

1. It is strictly prohibited to use optical modem and set-top box as routers, as these devices do not support cascading network interconnection;
2. If it is not possible to achieve dual end wired direct connection to the router due to room structure limitations, an electric modem can be used as a substitute to ensure optimal network stability.

2、 PC side setup steps

1. Download and install the latest version of Thunder Accelerator, and log in to your account after installation is complete;
2. Open the accelerator and enter "PS" in the search box to display the full list of games supported by the PS platform;
3. Find the target game and click on 'One Click Acceleration';
4. After successful acceleration, the accelerator will pop up a network configuration prompt containing IP, subnet mask, gateway, and DNS Please keep this pagefor future PS host settings.

3、 PS host setup steps

Pre operation

Enter PS host Settings → Network → Internet Connection Settings

（ 1） PS4 setup process

1. Choose the networking method: For wired connections, select 'Use LAN cable', and for wireless connections, select the corresponding WiFi;
2. Select "Custom" ->"Manual" for networking mode, compare with the accelerator prompt parameters, and fill in the IP address, subnet mask, gateway, etc. in sequence DNS；
3. Click 'Continue', select 'Automatic' for MTU settings, and 'Do not use' for Proxy servers;
4. After completion, click "Test Internet Connection", and the configuration will take effect when the connection is successful. You can play normally.

（ 2） PS5 setup process

1. Choose networking method: Select "WiFi connection" or "wired LAN connection" as needed;
2. Enter 'Advanced Settings', refer to the accelerator prompt parameters, and fill in the IP address, subnet mask, gateway, etc DNS；
3. After filling in all parameters, click "OK" and the system will automatically save the configuration without the need for additional testing.

4、 Common problems and solutions

1. Problem: The host and PC cannot communicate with each other, and the acceleration fails. Solution: Confirm that both ends are on the same LAN and use a unified access method (avoid mixing 2.4G WiFi, 5G WiFi, and wired networks); Disable the optical modem routing function and replace it with an independent router (some optical modems restrict device access); Check the router configuration and disable features such as "AP isolation" that restrict device interoperability.
2. Problem: Unable to connect to the internet even after filling in the parameters Solution: Let the PS host automatically obtain the IP and record it; Open the command prompt on the PC and enter ping [PS host IP] to test device connectivity; If the test fails, restart the router first. If it fails, replace the router and retry.
