Tip: Please be sure to carefully read and fully understand the terms of this User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement"), especially the terms exempting or limiting liability, legal application and dispute resolution terms. Minors must be accompanied by their guardians to fully read, understand and agree to this Agreement before they can use this service. The guardians shall bear legal responsibility for all usage behaviors of minors.
If you do not agree with any content of this Agreement, you should immediately stop registering or using this service. Any behavior you click to download, install, register, log in, or use NNLink software and related services through the web page or software interface is deemed to have fully read, understood and accepted the entire content of this agreement. This agreement will have legal effect between you and Shenzhen Wende Haizhi Technology Co., Ltd.
Shenzhen Wendehaizhi Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company" or "NNLink") is a legal business entity that has obtained a value-added telecommunications business license in accordance with the law. It independently develops NNLink software (hereinafter referred to as the "software"), specifically to provide overseas Chinese users with network acceleration services for domestic legal audio-visual and game content (hereinafter referred to as the "service").
1. Service content and license
1. This service is an exclusive network acceleration service for overseas Chinese. It allows you to access legal and compliant audio-visual and game network content in mainland China through this software in overseas areas. It does not support access to illegal content at home and abroad.
2. Users can install, use, display and run this software on a single terminal (computer, mobile device, etc.),The same account does not support multiple terminals being used online at the same time..
3. All intellectual property rights such as copyright, trademark rights, and patent rights of this software belong to our company. You only obtain the copyright of this software and services.Exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, limited right to use, other rights not expressly authorized in this agreement are owned by the company.
4. You are not allowed to use this software and services for any commercial purposes, you are not allowed to copy, disseminate, adapt, or distribute this software without authorization, and you are not allowed to perform any cracking operations such as reverse engineering, reverse assembly, and reverse compilation on this software.
5. Due to differences in network policies, local regulatory requirements, and company business strategies in different overseas regions, there may be reasonable differences in the versions, functions, acceleration nodes, and service quality of this service in different regions. We will make adjustments according to the actual situation without separate notification in advance. The actual content displayed by this software when you use it shall prevail.
2. Account registration and management
1. Registration requirements:When you register for an NNLink account, you should provideTrue, accurate and complete identity information and valid contact information, and complete real-name authentication in accordance with laws, regulations and the requirements of this software. The registered mobile phone number or email address should not have been bound to the company's account. You should ensure that you have the corresponding civil capacity to register this software. True and complete user information will serve as the basis for NNLink to provide after-sales services and the prerequisite for users to obtain legal protection.
2. Account ownership:The ownership of the NNLink account belongs to the company. After you complete the registration, you will obtain the exclusive right to use the account. The right to use is only owned by the initial registrant. It is prohibited to transfer, rent, sell or donate accounts in any way, and it is prohibited to share account information and login permissions with others. NNLink reserves the right to pursue legal liability against users who violate this agreement.
3.Account security:You should properly keep your account's mobile phone number, email address, password and other login information, and bear independent legal responsibility for all operations under the account. If you find that your account has been stolen, your password has been leaked, or it has been used by someone other than yourself, please notify us immediately through the official customer service channels of this software, and we will assist you in taking remedial measures such as freezing and retrieval.You will be solely responsible for any account disputes and losses caused by poor storage, information leakage, or private rental and sale.
4.Account review and restrictions:We have the right to review the authenticity and legality of your registration information.For accounts that provide false information, register in batches, use temporary email/mobile phone numbers to register, publish illegal information, and commit acts that violate this Agreement and violations, we have the right to take measures such as denying registration, warnings, restricting functions, suspending use, or recycling the account of the defaulting user in accordance with this Agreement.. If it is found that the actual user of the account is not the initial registrant, we have the right to immediately suspend the use of the account. You can submit an appeal with true and valid registration information within 7 working days. The account will be restored after the appeal is passed; if the appeal is not made within the time limit or the appeal information does not match the initial registration information, we have the right to permanently withdraw the account.
5. Account recycling: If your account has not been logged in for 24 consecutive months, and there are no unexpired paid services and no remaining virtual asset balance under the account, we will send you an account recycling reminder notification through your bound mobile phone number/email. If you have not logged in after the expiration of the notification period, we have the right to reclaim the account. If there are still unexpired paid services or virtual asset balances in the account, we will not directly recover the account and clear the assets unless we obtain your express consent or process it in accordance with laws and regulations.
6. Account appeal:If you have objections to the restriction, suspension, recycling, etc. of your account, you can submit true and valid complaint materials through the official customer service channel of this software. We will complete the review and feedback the results within 7 working days. Complaint materials should be true and valid. If you submit false complaint materials, you shall bear the corresponding legal liability.
3. User Code of Conduct
1. When using this software and services, you shall abide by the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China and the current effective laws and regulations in your region. You shall not use this service to engage in any illegal or violation of public order and good customs. If any applicable law restricts or prohibits your use of our Services, you must comply with such restrictions or cease using our Services. After verification, we have the right to restrict or prohibit you from using our services in whole or in part with notice.2.You are not allowed to carry out any of the following behaviors. If you violate this agreement, we have the right to immediately take one or more measures such as warning, restricting or prohibiting the use of some functions, suspending/terminating services, banning/recycling accounts, etc., without refunding any fees collected.All legal liabilities resulting therefrom shall be borne by you. If it causes economic losses or loss of goodwill to us, we have the right to recover compensation according to law:
(1) Use this service to access and disseminate illegal and illegal content at home and abroad, including but not limited to content that endangers national security, harms national interests, is obscene, violent and terrorist, insults and slanders, spreads rumors, and infringes on the legitimate rights and interests of others;
(2) Use this service to engage in illegal activities, including but not limited to circumventing national network supervision, engaging in online fraud, gambling, money laundering and other illegal and criminal activities;
(3) Unauthorized modification and cracking of the software program, reverse engineering of the software, etc., taking advantage of the vulnerabilities and bugs of the software to seek improper benefits, or attacking or interfering with the software's servers, acceleration nodes and other system facilities;
(4) Delete the copyright information, trademark logos and other intellectual property-related content of the software without authorization, copy, modify, link, reprint, assemble, publish, and publish the proprietary information of the software without authorization, establish mirror sites, and use the software to develop related derivative products, works, services, etc. without authorization;
(5) Transfer, lease, or sell NNLink accounts, or use accounts to conduct profit-making activities, or share accounts with others, causing service abnormalities and resource occupation;
(6) Collect, obtain, and leak other users’ personal information and account information, or leak our business secrets, technical information and other undisclosed information;
(7) Use this software to conduct any behavior that endangers computer network security, including but not limited to: using unauthorized data or entering unauthorized servers/accounts; entering public computer networks or other people's computer systems without permission and deleting, modifying, and adding stored information; attempting to probe, scan, and test the weaknesses of the software system or network without permission, or other behaviors that undermine network security; Attempt to interfere with or destroy the normal operation of this software system or website, intentionally spread malicious programs or viruses and other behaviors that disrupt and interfere with normal network information services; forge TCP/IP packet names or part of names;
(8) Register in batches, maliciously register NNLink accounts, use illegal or temporary mobile phone numbers/emails to register, or use automated programs such as robots and scripts to use this service;
(9) Other behaviors that violate laws and regulations, this agreement, or public order and good customs.
3. If you find that the software has loopholes, BUGs and other issues that affect normal use, please promptly report to us through the official customer service channels of the software. You are not allowed to use loopholes or BUGs to engage in any illegal activities or seek improper benefits. Otherwise, the company has the right to take measures against relevant accounts, including but not limited to blocking accounts, recovering unjust gains and claiming compensation for losses, etc.
4. Paid services
1. Service type:We provide various types of paid acceleration services based on user needs. The specific service content, charging standards, validity period, etc. are subject to the real-time information displayed on this software when you purchase. When purchasing paid services, you should carefully check key information such as account name, service type, duration and price. Successful payment will be deemed as your confirmation of purchasing the service.Except under legal circumstances and as stipulated in the "Refund Instructions" of this software, fees collected will not be refunded, including but not limited to filling the wrong account, choosing the wrong service type or duration, no longer using it for personal reasons, etc.
2. Payment method: You can complete the payment through the payment channels supported by this software, including but not limited to credit card (VISA), Paypal, GooglePay, ApplePay, etc. You must fill in and submit payment information truthfully according to the operating procedures of the selected payment channel to ensure that the payment behavior is legal and effective. If the payment fails due to errors in payment information, insufficient account balance, etc., please retry the payment operation.
3. Use of paid services:The rights and interests of paid services belong only to the purchasing account and cannot be transferred or donated. If the account is suspended or recycled, the paid service rights under the account will be terminated, and no fees will be refunded. If the paid service cannot be used normally due to our technical failure and cannot be repaired within a reasonable time, we will extend the service period or refund the corresponding fee for you.
4. Cost borne:You are solely responsible for any applicable taxes and third-party related fees incurred by you using the Software, including, but not limited to, mobile carrier fees, ISP fees, payment channel fees, data plan fees, credit card fees and foreign transaction fees. We are not responsible for any of the above costs.
5. Price adjustment: We can reasonably adjust the scope, content and charging standards of paid services based on market conditions, operating cost changes, service upgrades and other factors. Relevant adjustments will be announced through notifications within the software, and you can choose whether to continue purchasing.
5. Intellectual property rights
1. This software is developed by our company and its affiliated companies. The intellectual property rights of all contents of this software (including but not limited to software programs, interface design, trademarks, text, pictures, audio, video, technology, materials, etc.) are owned and enjoyed by the company and are protected by international copyright conventions, the Copyright Law of the People's Republic of China, trademark law, patent law, and other intellectual property laws and regulations. The intellectual property rights owned and enjoyed by NNLink will not be transferred due to any use behavior of the user.
2. Users are not allowed to copy, modify, adapt, translate the software, technology, materials, etc. used by NNLink, or create related derivative works. They are not allowed to obtain source code through reverse engineering, decompilation, disassembly or other similar actions. They are not allowed to delete, cover up or change NNLink's copyright statement, trademark or other rights statement without authorization. Otherwise, the user will be responsible for all legal consequences arising therefrom, and NNLink will pursue corresponding legal liabilities in accordance with the law.
3. If you believe that content uploaded, downloaded or appearing on this software infringes upon your intellectual property rights, you may submit written infringement complaint materials to us. The materials should include but are not limited to:
(1) Your valid identity certificate and contact details;
(2) Legal documentation proving that the infringed intellectual property rights belong to you;
(3) The specific location of the infringing content in the software and the detailed infringement facts;
(4) A written statement in which you guarantee that the complaint information is true, valid and free of falsehoods.
NNLink will review the complete and legal infringement complaint materials within a reasonable time after receiving them, and contact you to provide necessary supplementary materials. If the review is true, we will immediately take infringement prevention measures such as deletion, blocking, and removal from the shelves, and notify relevant users; if your complaint is a false complaint and causes losses to us or a third party, you shall bear the corresponding legal liability for compensation.
6. Privacy and Data Protection
1. Protecting your personal information and privacy is our important principle. We will collect, use, store, share and protect your personal information in strict accordance with NNLink's "Privacy Policy".
2. Before using this service, please be sure to carefully read and fully understand NNLink's "Privacy Policy". If you do not agree with the content of the policy, it may cause NNLink's products and/or services to fail to operate normally, or fail to achieve the service effects intended by NNLink. Your use or continued use of the products and/or services provided by NNLink indicates that you fully understand and agree to the entire content of NNLink's "Privacy Policy" (including updated versions).
7. Protection of minors
1. If you are a "minor" under the age of 18 (or the applicable age of majority where you live), you should read this Agreement under the supervision of a legal guardian and obtain the permission of your legal guardian before using certain restricted features in the Service or Software. The use of this software by minors is deemed to have been approved by the legal guardian.
2. If you are the parent or guardian of a minor and you allow your ward to use one or more restricted features in the Services or Software, these Terms also apply to you, and you shall be responsible for your ward's activities on the Services and Software.
8. Third-party software or technology
1.NNLink may provide you with content belonging to third parties or links to third-party websites. NNLink is not responsible for the authenticity and availability of content provided by third parties. Your access to any website, service or content provided by a third party through our services does not mean that NNLink has any relationship with this third party.
2. Unless otherwise stated, NNLink cannot control the services of third-party websites, and NNLink does not assume any responsibility for any loss or damage caused by users using or relying on third-party websites or resources. We recommend that you carefully read the terms of service and privacy policy of the third-party website before leaving NNLink and accessing other websites or resources.
9. Disclaimer
1. The user understands and confirms that in view of the complexity of Internet technology, although the company has taken reasonable technical measures to prevent and respond, the user may still be attacked by computer viruses or hackers, the user's location, the user's shutdown, and any other technical, If risk factors such as the Internet and communication lines interrupt product services, the company will notify in advance as much as possible. Users can also provide feedback through customer service and other channels provided by the company. The company will strive to cooperate with relevant units as soon as possible and repair it in a timely manner. The company does not assume any legal responsibility.
2. The user understands and confirms that force majeure refers to objective events that cannot be foreseen, cannot be overcome and cannot be avoided and have a significant impact on one or both parties, including but not limited to natural disasters such as floods, earthquakes, epidemics and storms, and social events such as wars, unrest, government actions, network failures, hacker attacks, telecom operator failures, etc. If product services are interrupted due to force majeure, the company will strive to cooperate with relevant units as soon as possible and repair it in a timely manner. The company will not be exempted from losses caused by force majeure.
3. The user understands and confirms that in order to improve the user experience, the company needs to regularly or irregularly inspect or maintain the software or related equipment. The company will do its best to ensure the continuity and security of the service. Usually, such inspection or maintenance is insensitive to the user, but the service may be affected or interfered by a variety of factors. If the service is interrupted within a reasonable time due to such circumstances, the company does not assume any legal responsibility.
4. The user understands and confirms that under any circumstances, the company will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, punitive, incidental, special or punitive losses or damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of goodwill, transaction losses, etc., even if the company has been informed of the possibility of such losses.
5. Users understand and agree that they choose to download and use NNLink services for free at their own risk, including but not limited to the user's behavior during the use of NNLink services and all consequences arising from the use of NNLink services. Users must bear full responsibility for any damage to the computer system or loss of data caused by downloading or using NNLink services.
6. Users understand and confirm that any disputes arising from third-party software or technology will be resolved by the third party, and NNLink does not assume any responsibility. NNLink does not provide customer service support for third-party software or technology. If you need support, please contact the software or technology provider.
10. Change, interruption and termination of services
1. You understand and agree that according to changes in national laws and regulations, regulatory policies and industry norms, the rapid development of the Internet and service operation needs, NNLink may make changes to the service content, or may interrupt, suspend or terminate the service.
2. You understand and agree that if NNLink undergoes a merger, division, acquisition, or asset transfer, NNLink may transfer the relevant assets under this service to a third party; NNLink may also transfer some or all of the services and corresponding rights and obligations under this agreement to a third party for operation or performance after unilaterally notifying you.
3. You understand and agree that if you violate laws and regulations, the terms of this agreement, social morality, public order and good morals, and/or infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of NNLink/others when using NNLink services, NNLink has the right to unilaterally interrupt or terminate all or part of the services provided to you without notice.
4. After NNLink terminates the provision of services to you, it has the right to delete or anonymize your personal information in accordance with the requirements of applicable laws, and also has the right to continue to save other content and information you have retained on our platform in accordance with the time limit and method prescribed by law.
11. Legal Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution
1. Applicable law: The interpretation, validity and execution of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the mainland of the People's Republic of China.You understand and acknowledge that the latest version of NNLink's "User Agreement" that you agree to shall prevail when resolving disputes.
2. Dispute resolution: If any dispute arises between the user and NNLink, it should first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If the negotiation fails, both parties agree to submit the dispute or dispute to the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration for arbitration in accordance with the "Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration Arbitration Rules" in effect at that time. The arbitral tribunal is composed of one arbitrator. The arbitration language is Chinese. The arbitration award is final and binding on both parties.
12. Supplementary Provisions
1. This agreement will officially take effect from the date you complete the NNLink account registration and log in to use this service for the first time, and is legally binding on both parties.
2. We may revise this Agreement from time to time and notify you through reasonable means such as messages within the software, emails or official website announcements. If you continue to use the service, you will be deemed to have accepted the revised content; if you do not agree, you have the right and should stop using the service.
3. If any provision of this Agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remainder of this Agreement will continue to be fully valid, and the invalid or unenforceable provision will be replaced with a valid provision that complies with laws, regulations and the original intention of this Agreement.
4. You may not assign or otherwise transfer any rights and obligations under this Agreement, in whole or in part, without our written consent. We may transfer the rights and obligations under this Agreement to a third party with corresponding qualifications without your consent. After the transfer, we will notify you through an announcement on this software or other means.
5. We have provided an English translation version of this Agreement, but if there is any conflict between the English version or local language translation and the Chinese version, the Chinese version shall prevail unless otherwise provided by applicable law.
